She is survived by her Husband, Albert MacDougall, children, Michael MacDougall (fiancé Justine Benavidez) and Heather MacDougall (grandcat Atticus), siblings Reynaldo Garcia, Grace Marler (Husband Don), Joseph Garcia (wife Glyn), Georgia Madrid (husband Alex), and Patrick Garcia; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Rose loved to the full and put her whole heart into everything she did.
